PATCH MINI-GRANTS
PATCH is excited to offer pharmacy mini-grants of $2500 for independent pharmacies in Indiana that are offering or plan to start offering contraception prescribing services.
Applications must be received by June 30, 2025.
To apply, you will need to:
- Submit the completed mini-grant application by June 30, 2025.
- Complete a contraception training program from any source.
- Provide proof that the pharmacy offers contraceptive prescribing services.
- Receive your grant funding!
